Attention, Rapidelec Baillargues, DUBOIS David. j'aurais dû me renseigner avant. son activité lorsqu'il était à son compte n'existe plus mais on peut toujours voir que les avis correspondent à mon expérience aujourd'hui. RDV à la base prévu pour 16h30, il m'appelle pour me dire qu'il a du retard, il vient pour rechercher une panne, cela a consisté à poser le testeurs à 2 endroits différents. ça a duré 20 minute car le lieu est grand il faut marcher pour aller du tableau au général. Il s'avère que c'est le disjoncteur principal EDF qui a une borne qui va pas. Pour cette petite recherche de panne, et sans me parler de tarif jusqu'à la fin, il ose me demander 420€ TTC !!! Tarif nuit (à cause de son retard) + augmentation de 100€ car c'est triphasé (aucun travaux, allez comprendre). Le site n'est pas très clair. Alors je veux bien reconnaitre que j'ai fais l'erreur de ne pas me renseigner ou de lui demander avant de commencer, mais si je ne dis rien, il encaisse au calme ce tarif. Je reconnais également que le site RAPIDELEC doit prendre sa com' et surtout fixe les forfaits, mais il aurait pu choisir de proposer autre chose que le plus cher possible. D'ailleurs il a suffit que je râle pour qu'il me baisse de 100€ HT. Bref, à fuir au possible ce Monsieur DUBOIS !

I should have found out before. his business when he was self-employed no longer exists but you can still see that the reviews correspond to my experience today. Meeting at the base scheduled for 4:30 p.m., he called me to tell me that he was late, he came to look for a fault, this consisted of placing the tester in 2 different places. It lasted 20 minutes because the place is big you have to walk to get from the board to the general. It turns out that it is the main EDF circuit breaker which has a wrong terminal. For this little troubleshooting, and without talking to me about the price until the end, he dares to ask me €420 including tax!!! Night rate (because of its delay) + increase of €100 because it is three-phase (no work, go figure). The site is not very clear. So I'm willing to admit that I made the mistake of not finding out or asking him before starting, but if I don't say anything, he calmly collects this price. I also recognize that the RAPIDELEC site must take its position and above all set the packages, but it could have chosen to offer something other than the most expensive possible. Besides, it was enough for me to complain for him to cut me by 100€ excluding tax. In short, avoid this Mr. DUBOIS as much as possible!
